As the visionary behind Resonation Events and RSNT Records, I lead the creative direction, branding, and long-term strategy of the collective. Since its founding in 2023, Resonation has grown into a dynamic force in Finland’s electronic music culture, uniting international artists, local talent, and passionate audiences through unforgettable events and high-quality releases.

Sauli is the A&R of RSNT VALO, focusing on melodic and uplifting trance. He seeks and supports artists whose music delivers both energy and emotion.

Miska serves as A&R for RSNT VALO, the uplifting and melodic trance sublabel of RSNT Records. With a sharp ear for emotional, high-energy sounds, he scouts and develops artists who embody the spirit of VALO. His role is to shape the label’s identity, oversee quality across releases, and support producers in bringing their creative vision to life.

Jesse makes sure every Resonation event runs smoothly from start to finish. With precision and passion, he turns creative concepts into unforgettable experiences on the dancefloor.

Niina brings the underground vibe of Resonation to life through striking visual content. With a sharp creative eye, she captures and crafts the aesthetic that defines the movement.

As Marketing Lead, Sini drives the visibility and growth of Resonation and RSNT Records.
